One up and better

Back to school night tonight. My oldest son will start middle school on Monday.

I found a clever game that quickly became addictive.

Park that Peugeot

Yesterday I blogged about a guy who was going to run 50 marathons in 50 days in fifty states. Today I read about a guy who has taken on this task and has already finished '48 Marathons in 47 days - and still going'.

This guy is a stud. Wow. He ran the Salt Lake City Deseret Morning News Marathon on Wednesday, July 05, 2006.

A few days ago I posed a photo of a boat. It is a great picture but this one is even better.

Great colors! Blues, grays, greens. Great imagery! Life of the boat, another storm on the horizon, life off course. Wow.

There is a story on the Deseret news about Utah's Drunk Driving rate dropping 50rom last year.

This is the largest decrease in the nation. It also happened to coincide with the closing of a State liquor store in Ogden. Hmmmmm.

Pardon our star dust as we expand the solar system by 33åbr>
A controversial new proposal by the International Astronomical Union would reclassify an asteroid and a moon as planets, plus add one far-out object.

One of the weirdest things about this proposal is that Pluto's moon may be classified as a planet.

I recently posted my name in Japanese. Today I would like to show you my name in Zombie.

You can 'Spell with Zombies' too .

I came across this Russian Photographer named A. Khromushin.

Not only is he talented with a camera.

He can share a part of the world few of us get to see.

I found another clever advertising piece.

Form and function. Memorable.

Lastly I was reading on the BBC and came across this article about a new Ski Tunnel in America.

Although they are common in Europe this will be the first in North America.

This is the entrance to the tunnel skiers will use to travel from one side of the mountain up to another bowl on the other side. This neat conveyor will be up and running at Snowbird, in Utah, this Winter.
