cyber reality

Hey all,

Monday blues are in full swing. This weekend was Stake conference. Two sessions Saturday and two on Sunday. I never get things done on weekends like this. The best thing was I could sleep in until 8 a.m and took a nap a soon as I got home.

Wow Garfield may be my new mascot.

Anyway, I have time to surf today...

I cam across this funny image.

On Sunday I was speaking to a neighbor who said their power had gone off twice last week due to squirrels. The death count for my yard remains at three for this summer. Maybe I could make money mounting the little critters.

Here is another image for the gallery.

It was taken between Phoenix and Tucson with a Messier Marathon telescope and it shows the rising Milky Way seemingly adjacent to low clouds. Note, the brilliant object at upper right is Jupiter.

Here is an image for one of my new 'friends' on Myspace.

This is the worlds highest tennis court located in Burj Al Arab, Dubai. The players in this image are Andre Agassi and Roger Federer. There are more images available here.

This is a computer rendered image charting human interaction on the Internet. The resulting picture gives us a visual representation or map of the Internet.

I was a kid when the Rubik's Cube was the newest hottest toy to hit the market. There were many times I resorted to taking the cube apart and putting it back together to 'solve' the puzzle. Now researchers in Michigan have created a computer/robot that can solve a rubik's cube.

In my pics I have an image of a praying mantis that caught a humming bird and proceeded to eat it. I'm not sure why this type of this interests me but here is a video of a centipede that can catches and eats bats.
